Shipping policy

Canadian Orders

All orders Canadian orders are eligible for free shipping on orders over $50, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $9.99 CAD per order.

Confirmed orders will be processed and fulfilled within 2-3 days. Our third-party shipping company will then take 4-7 business days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays. All our orders are fulfilled from Toronto, Canada at this time.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post at this current time for all Canadian orders.

United States Orders (7-10 Days)

All orders in continental United States are eligible for free shipping on orders over $50, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $9.99 per order.

Confirmed orders will be processed and fulfilled within 2-3 days. Our third-party shipping company will then take 4-7 business days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays. All our orders are fulfilled from Toronto, Canada at this time.

Once you receive a notification your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS for American orders.

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

International Orders
